awful customer service 7/5/2023

not sure how great the griddle is - it doesn't integrate well on the stove, it's just like an extra pan - - tried to return it - sent it back, UPS shows it's delivered but yet to get any of my money back - have called customer service - very poor results - I wouldn't order anything from their website again
