I have a Samsung microwave and the popcorn button quit working. I have all Samsung appliances, dish washer doesn't clean had serviced 4 times now it just sits there. My stove well all the lights on control panel go haywire and my 3500.00 fridge had to have new ice maker replaced 6 months after getting it..

i bought a 4 appliances from samsung.com. unfortunately the freeze hit texas resulting in no power and water and delaying the opening of my appliance by more than 15 days (samsung return policy). as a result i opened a box with a dented microwave that does not work. after multiple calls, i got the following email: ***the shipping damage on your samsung microwave model me17r7021eg/aa, is not covered under the warranty due to the nature of the damage, and that the issue was reported on march 01, 2021 which is after 15 days return policy. order#: xxxxxxxxxxx buy samsung but not from samsung.com

attractive finish. plastic-sheet keypad likely to crack with long use (and fingernails), hard to press buttons. the menu is underwhelming. cooking presets such as melt/soften and cooking functions have only numbers for their presets, not words ... which means you need to have a chart to look up, for example, what number to select for melting butter vs chocolate, or select auto-cook items. finally, this unit does not include a function that i thought was nearly standard these days -- fast one-touch cooking where, for example, a single press of "1" turns it on for a minute, "2" for 2 minutes, and so on. not a big deal, but my family had gotten used to this on our last 2 microwaves and were disappointed not to have it here.

i have model me17r7021es...brand new. microwave come on. will not heat. light works. turn table works. display locked in what appears demo mode...per samsung...but samsung does not know what is wrong...cannot unlock this model. no instructions in manual. samsung is clueless in how to operate.
