DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

items are faulty and dangerous! we plan on filing a lawsuit at this point as the glass cook top on the oven literally burst and shattered into pieces. it was working perfectly fine several times before. thank god my children were not near it! we have called numerous times to be told the only option is a refund for less than what the item even retails. this is the 2nd item from a set to have an issue...so far! the double wall oven unit is humming after also working fine. for both they claim to not have a replacement yet here we are on the item's page where it's still listed for sale! their own warranty states they're able to repair, refund or replace the items but refunding so we have to pay the difference to rebuy, is more important than addressing safety concerns!

Saves Me Money

I set the Timer to the time recommended, and use the Cook Time feature to turn Off the oven a few minutes before. Saves me at least 10% in energy, every time I use it.

I have had my oven for two years now

my biggest complete is that the spaces on the racks are too far apart for some dishes and mini muffin pans. do you have any racks available with the wires a little closer together??
