the oven flames come out the side yellow/orange. which would seem to indicate that the air mixture is wrong. i called customer service and they told me to clean it. it is brand new. nothing has been cooked in the oven. i took it apart and nothing dirty. i called back and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. i just bought the thing. i am going to return it and buy a different brand. no more samsung appliances. (i really like samsung, but this really bothered me) it really does look nice and the burners on top work excellent but with no oven its worth nothing Originally posted on Samsung.com

I am very happy with my new range. The only complaint is that when the preheat buzzer goes off to tell you its at the desired temperature. It' still at least 75 degrees cooler and 10 minutes away from actual temperature needs. Originally posted on Samsung.com
