we have had this range for 8 months. in that 8 months this appliance has broken down 3 times. twice the control panel has quit working, once the middle burner would not light unless you lit it manually, and once the front burner, even after it lit, would keep trying to light. you say, that is 4 times but 2 of the things happened simultaneously so i count 3 times. just don't buy it. i purchased this gas oven on july 2019. the rubber feet of the grate has been melted after 6months. that rubber feet are too weak to holding the heat of gas oven. i got replaced these 2 times already form samsung. however, now i had same issue , but samsung doesn't solve it unless sending me a new grate. samsung made the defective product. even though they send me a new grate same as before, i am sure it will melt again as before. i trusted the name value of samsung. but i so disappointed now. the customer service are not helpful at all. each person tell me different story and make me more frustrated.
